OutLOOK supports young people (11-25) with a visual impairment to create projects.

Through the FREE OutLOOK Membership Scheme OutLOOK offers the following services:

OutLOOK Connecting Service

• A Social Opportunities Helpline
• Finding an e-friend
• Link with Facebook / Twitter to other young people with a visual impairment 13 years plus

OutLOOK Audio Magazine Service

• An offer of a regular Audio CD
• Plus all new LOOK and OutLOOK Audio Podcasts
• An opportunity for young people to appear on the Audio Magazine (music, interviews, reports)

OutLOOK Youth Led Events Service (4 types of event)

• (Development / Educational ) OutLOOK supports young people to run their own educational events
• (Training) OutLOOK runs training events for young people in the support of volunteering, organising events, audio magazine correspondants and self development.
• (Youth Participation /Consultation) OutLOOK provides opportunities for young people to attend events and to ‘have their say’ on services important to them
• (Campaigning) OutLOOK provides  a platform for young people to be involved with youth, disability/youth, and VI campaign events
