Back due to popular demand, this series of drop-in sessions has been designed to help our Look Community cope with anxiety during the Coronavirus pandemic.

We’re thrilled to be collaborating once again with Sangeet Bhullar from WISE KIDS to offer a series of 4 x thirty-minute online taster sessions for adults (18+) on ‘Finding Your Calm’.

These sessions will introduce a mindfulness-based practice and understanding to help participants find calm and well-being in their everyday lives.

Our previous series of wellness workshops was hugely popular – so don’t just take our word for it! Heres what some of our previous participants had to say:
