Catering
Catered meals
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals will be sold by local venders on site at reasonable prices. Catered meals are not included in your ticket price.
Menus will be available nearer to the time of the festival. Please ensure you let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can pass this info on to the catering teams.
Café
Our on site café will be open all day Saturday and Sunday selling hot drinks, cold drinks, cakes and savoury snacks. All reasonably priced!
Self-Catering
If you’d rather self-cater, there will be a designated communal barbecue area and scheduled shared campfires. Several water points will be available around the sight for convenient access, and a communal washing up sink will be available in the camping field. There will be limited space for food items to be stored in a communal fridge located in the marquee. Please make sure any food in the fridge is clearly labelled with your name.

Pricing Policy
We have priced the tickets and accommodation for this event in line with our standard pricing policy, which is to offer any event at 25% of the cost per person to the charity.
The LookFest pilot in 2019 was a huge success for the families and volunteers who attended, but was held at a loss to Look as a charity. For this reason we have needed to slightly increase the prices for LookFest 2020 in line with our increased budget for the festival.
Bursaries for Low-Income Families
Look is committed to offering equal opportunities to all families, regardless of their economic or financial situation. We have a limited number of bursary places available to attend LookFest for any families in receipt of free school meals. To enquire more about our bursary places, please contact Events Coordinator Elin Williams on events@Look-uk.org or 07470 872782.
