Media Consent Policy
You acknowledge that Look may collect the following:
Recording for Safeguarding
LOOK reserves the right to record online events for safeguarding purposes. These
recordings are stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and retained
only for as long as is necessary for safeguarding.
Media collection
Other types of media may on occasion be collected. These may include:
- Photographs (individual or group)
- Video recordings, including live virtual sessions
- Audio recordings
- Screen captures or screen recordings during virtual sessions
- Written chat messages submitted during recorded sessions (if applicable)
Data Protection
All media will be treated in line with Look’s GDPR policy.
Use of Media in Publicity
With your consent, Look may use the collected media for purposes including, but
not limited to:
- Educational or training materials
- Presentations, workshops, or conferences
- Marketing or promotional materials
- Website or social media posts
- Internal documentation or evaluation
- Public distribution (print or digital)
Media may be edited, reproduced, displayed, published, or distributed without additional notice to you.
Your participation and consent are completely voluntary. Refusing consent will
not affect your access to services, participation in the program, or relationship
with Look. You may also request to avoid being recorded or photographed when
feasible.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by providing written notice to Look. Please note: media already published or distributed prior to the date of
withdrawal may not be retrievable.
