LOOK Mentor Charlotte shares her advice about how best to communicate the support that you will need as a VI student at University.

Charlotte has recently graduated from York St John University with a degree in Special Education Needs and Inclusion.

During her time at Uni, Charlotte had to explain her needs to a variety of people from course tutors to flatmates, her sports teammates and colleagues on her course.

After 3 years of this, she’s certainly learnt a thing or two about how best to do it! Watch her fab video for some top tips on communicating with confidence.
